Only the boat ramp is available for use 24Hrs; long story short, Girlfriend and I went to go watch the Lunar Eclipse yesterday...not even an hour later, a police officer came around and said area was closed and we had to leave. Apparently the rest of the area (- the boat ramp) closes at 10PM, who knew. Kinda put a damper on the night

Nice small quiet place. Neat trail that you can easily miss. Good access to the lake that's more peaceful than other nearby sites.

Great place to kayak, the no wake area is really large and tons of room to paddle around.

You could set up camp here easily if you walk the trails to the right of the parking lot !
