My experience with Liberty has been quite pleasant. They have expressed compassion for my circumstances, while perhaps not good for their immediate business, have worked with me on payment of services. Everyone I have dealt with has been very patient and pleasant and I for one appreciate their mercy and kindness during a difficult time. I hope people who share these types of experiences will also leave a review. I understand no one gets it right 100% of the time, but all too often, when it goes awry those are the reviews that are quick to be posted. Nothing but praise for the two teams that transported our Mom to her appointment at Baptist Hospital today. They transported her with care and all of the gentlemen were professional, personable and kind. Thank you for making our trip seemless.

I wish I knew there names but hopefully they get to see this. I wrecked pretty bad on my bicycle tonight going to race track on Atlantic Blvd near the heart express way . When I got up to the store I saw the ambulance. I asked for their help an they got me fixed up treated all my wounds with no questions asked other than if they could help me with anything else other than cleaning me up so I could get home. It was a blond lady and a light brown haired gentleman with glasses . I am so very thankful for their help . It's people like them that make me sleep better at night knowing that when and if I need them they will be there! Thank u so much for ur help

Liberty was hired to pick up my mom from her memory care facility and bring her home. The facility and I were told she would be picked up at 10 am. Liberty didn't have her pickup scheduled till noon and at 3 pm she was still sitting in the hall of the facility waiting for a ride. This is a horrible way to treat my mom or anyone's loved one and I am told this is a common occurrence. You should be ashamed and if the owners care at all they should look deeply into why this occured. Beware
