We moved into Americana B in august of 2021, the walls were painted with hair in them, the showers were rusted and the metal on the shower head was falling off, and items from the people who lived there before us was left in the cabinets. We were overcharged multiple times, charged a pet fee for a service animal, my roommate was screamed at when we had an unannounced walkthrough and my door was locked, and we were then told we would get randomly checked multiple times since they were unable to get into my room. Management is hit or miss, there is a very kind male worker yet the rest are extremely harsh and i have been declined on multiple phone calls. They continue to make random charges to our account. Rent was around 825 for the bare minimum and a location that was only convenient when going to the business center. Me & my roommates will never ever live DTN ever again, especially in Cedar Village.

My honest review Pros - Best location, cheap prices but you really are paying for what you get, however their prices are going up. The ethernet speeds are fast. You never have to turn the heat on because the floors heat up the entire apartment, you only have to open the windows when its 20 degrees out because it gets that hot. Cons - The furniture they gave us was ripped to begin with. Everything is very old in the apartment. They did not have our bedroom furniture in our bedrooms so we slept on the floor the first day. Good luck trying to avoid the house centipedes and spiders they are everywhere and it is gross. You get no cellular data and the Wi-Fi goes out more than I have ever seen. Our TV did not work for the first month although we were still paying for it. Half the outlets in the apartment just don't work. The laundry rooms are very fun to deal with. The carpet is for some reason 1000 degrees and you can feel it heating up whatever you put on it.

Lived here for 3 years and am glad that they did not charge me upon moving out. cedar village apartments is by far the most high class and prestigious residential housing space in all of the east lansing realm. the leasing staff in phenomenal, and the views are breathtaking. if i could rate this a 6 out of 5 i would.Hey KC!!!
