I have fibromyalgia so my experience will be a little different because fibro is ridiculously stubborn but, medical marijuana for me has always been the best help. Now, it doesn't stop the pain like a pill is supposed to (for fibro) it just helps make it all bearable. With fibro there has been nothing I've tried that has ever made the pain go away, and pills have terrible side effects but medical marijuana has made life livable again.
