Climbing on it is fun. Tickets are expensive.

Awesome experience

Whether on the ground or in the air it is fun to see the Wheel. It is great to see it lit up at night from up close and even a distance. When there is a line it moves quickly. It gives you a chance to see National Harbor from a higher view and even the Woodrow Wilson Bridge and Alexandria Old Town in the distance. You can also see the MGM Casino. Don't forget to check out the Gaylord when at National Harbor.

It's very nice

The Gaylord gives you one complimentary ticket. However the wheel does have their own promotions.
They reopened 2 weeks ago. They clean the cabins after every visitor, and require masks.
If you get the deal for two they give you parking validation 4 4hours. Totally worth it.
Yes you can thru this link https://thecapitalwheel.com/
I don't seeing pets anytime through the years I've been on it. Here again #capitalwheel #National Harbor. I do recommend to go around sunset it's an amazing experience. Don't go at night it's way too dark!!! Enjoy the ride!
Good question- I would think yes. However, check National Harbor info
If you like poking in shops, there plenty to do. There is the casino, lots of restaurants, the Outlet Mall and a ferry to Alexandria, VA where there are more shops, restaurants, the Torpedo Factory, trails and other attractions. Plus, you are close enough to hit the DC museums and other sights.
You can, but there is very few street spots. There are many parking structures nearby, but the are expensive.
Ask uncle Google...he knows everything :-)
If I remember, they are good for 12 months.
Yes, got to the Capital Wheel and they have some promotions. Also FYI, the wheel does 3-4 full laps before I stops.
There is enough space to maintain social distancing in line, and it is outdoors. It was rather quiet when we went during a weekday morning during the holidays. If you buy the VIP package, you don't have to wait in line (plus the heaters and music are worth it). The ride is about 12-13 mins.
One time only
There was no sign for when it will be back open
About 15 minutes. Once everyone is boarded you'll get 4-5 full cycles.
Just children and seniors discounts, but it's pretty reasonably priced at $15
Not sure if its accessible per say but you could get a small wheel chair on it. Best would be to call them.
There is plenty of parking, on the street and garages. Paid parking.
No.. $15.00 per adult $11.25 per child 3 till 11 $13.50 military $50.00 VIP
No, there's one VIP gondola & it has a glass bottom. I believe there used to be 2 or 3 VIP gondolas (all were the same), but honestly the VIP isn't worth the price!
Hola Charles. Sorry but not. Baltimore haven't a ferris wheel near the city. You have to travel to National Harbor in Maryland to visit the Capital Wheel. Last Christmas, Baltimore's Inner Harbor added a 65-foot wheel to the Christmas collage, but just was open until 25 dec/18.
What? The line at night is about a 20 minute wait, for a ten minute ride.
$15 for adults, military is 13.50. kids are 9.50 I believe.
Check their website .they have information and fofers mentioned too
You will be seated with your group only, up to 6 (I know because we were a group of 6 and we sat together). The VIP seating is different - that is a glass-bottomed carriage with other amenities. If you're only one person, however, I'm not sure whether they will seat you solo.
You can buy tickets there right before u get on the wheel
About 15 minutes. It was a slow ride, but fun to watch everything below.
Photo and you get to sit in one of the nice comfortable air conditioned cars. Beautiful views.
There are a variety of aesthetic experiences that will present themselves during a walk through the area.
It opened on May 23rd 2014
