The worst customer service in the history of customer service! I would recommend finding a different wing restaurant and going there. You could show them good customer service and they wouldn’t even know what that is. When you get there they always tell you that your food is never ready no matter how long ago you ordered. How are you telling me that my food that I ordered over an hour ago was not ready even though there’s not a single soul inside your restaurant and I see employees just sitting here twiddling their thumbs? Then I have to wait 20 more minutes just for them to tell me that the foods been ready and sitting there for the past 5-10 minutes but nobody bothered to notify me that my food was ready! The few times that I have gone in there to actually pick up a customers food for Uber eats they basically tell you you have to wait and the wait times are over 30 minutes. That’s my money being flushed down the drain right there. I will never come back to this place ever again! save your time and your money because there are places that are cheaper than this and the customer service and the quality of food is much better.

To the young cat working the evening of Sept 9th, being disrespectful to the customers trying to leave instead of help, boy you couldn't work for me. Rushing to leave, disregarding and disrespecting the people sitting down while they trying to eat, and ignoring people standing at the counter while only 2 of 5 employees are actually doing work. Definitely not trying to wait 30 mins for my food. Gotta do better fam
