I originally thought they lost my package, however, upon further investigation it was sitting at the post office for pick up. I gave 3 stars because they didn’t do a redelivery for my package like I requested.

A package was listed on USPS Daily Digest as being out for delivery August 27. 2 other people and myself were sitting on the porch when the Saturday carrier arrived. Since I was awaiting the package I immediately went to the mailbox to retrieve my mail. Everything listed to be delivered except my parcel was in the mailbox. I checked online and noticed the delivery was changed from 7:30 to 9pm The parcel never showed up. On Monday I went to the postoffice and was told that the parcel had been left in the mailbox. This will not be the first time that mail has gone missing from this post office.

This place is a disgrace to USPS, customer service is always at a low when visiting this office. They don't know how to talk to or treat others with respect besides the people that they know I have a message to the two people working the front and that's to find another job if you don't enjoy working with customers I am disgusted at the way I was treated I honestly feel this branch needs mandatory monthly training until the problem is corrected

This Post Office is the worst post office across the United States. They can't even deliver mail. They have stolen my mail in the past, and still won't deliver it.
