The pool is so awesome, but the pool closes on Monday through Thursday, until school is let out, also because of swim team practice, but it will opens after school on Friday. There is also a snack bar and a soda machtion($1) This pool has nice people. There is also a baby pool. When there is a holiday in the summer, the pool closes at 7:00p.m Today the pool will open at 3:00 and close at 9:00 pm

Lots of teen-aged life guards that seemed to be more interested in taking breaks than doing their jobs. Also there were no buoys where pool goes from 3 to 5 feet. This created a potentially dangerous situation for a beginner swimmer new to your L shaped pool.

We really enjoy Woodbridge Valley. It's a great community pool. It is open around 12-8pm daily, once public schools are out. There is shaded seating all around, and some picnic tables and grills. There's a well with a diving board, and baby pool in addition to the main pool which goes about 3-5 or 6 feet deep. The lifeguards are friendly, and there is a snack bar. Our family has enjoyed being members here.

Woodbridge Valley Pool is a family-friendly pool complete with baby pool, diving board with deep end, shallow end with accessibility safe steps and handrails. The snack bar and vending machine are on the property and often Kona Ice of Catonsville or food trucks visit. This is the best place for summer fun, with swim team and swim lessons for youth, barbecues for grilling, and ping pong table for family face-offs. Guest passes means my friends can visit and the grandma pass means Abuelita is never far. I’m a fan of the referral program, which gives a discount for every family or friend that becomes a member at their invitation. I also like that if I renew my membership early, I get 10 free guest passes — my friends love that more. There are volunteer opportunities for youth to gain service hours, with gardening and pool cleanup days. My favorite part is that this community pool represents the community. Other local pools are largely or exclusively white, which is notable when someone like me goes to visit or compete. The diversity and intentional inclusion means that Black and brown community members are welcomed — and bigoted shenanigans are not tolerated. I love knowing that when this pool was desegregated, the pool continued being public, accepting memberships from all in the area, whereas other nearby pools became private, invite-only, or ppl had to apply to be accepted. TLDR: if you’re in Catonsville, Arbutus, Woodlawn, and surrounding areas, Woodbridge Valley Pool is the best place for families and people to have fun during the summer.
