My brother had an allergic reaction and they were taking a long time to help him. I called to complain about the wait time and if they were even gonna help him at all and my brother told me he overheard the nurses talking about me, him, and my mother. While his throat was closing up they were in the back making racist comments. Not my first time having an experience like this.

The staff (nurse Jessica) was/is absolutely rude. She has no care for any staff and it shows. My sister and I had a question so I state “excuse me, nurse can I ask you a question” she states the Dr can answer all questions. And kept on with the Im not answering any questions. The question was very simple and could be answered. However, whether big or question or small she should have Atleast listened to the question. Ofcourse, it’s an emergency room and you have to wait (that goes without saying). However to be here 10:30a-5p and when walking into the back of the emergency department (very small) it’s only 3 patients. Horrible experience and wouldn’t wish anyone to come here.

All staff were amazing kind and patient with me. I had heart palpitations and they took care of me. Got me going back on track. They also got me a way to charge my dead note20 when I needed it most. Another nurse went out of her way to get me a hot blank and warm sheet to cover up with.. Tysm. 🥰Thank you for trusting us with your healthcare needs and for sharing your experience. Had to give it one star to write a review...rude staff and seemed uncaring! My fiancé is in there and we I took him to the ER with shortness of breathe and chest pains the told him to go wait in the waiting room.
