DONT COME HERE IF ITS EMERGENCY … Wait time is 5-7 hours even with one year old in very bad health. Another thing I have experienced in past they try to charge you multiple times for same service even after you pay it. Keep your bills. 4 patients left tired of waiting came here at 10:30 PM and it’s 1:57 AM we still have 5 more patients before us waiting to be seen, they keep saying they don’t have open room. It’s a joke in name of ER.

I can’t believe how badly I was treated last weekend, Dr. and nurse didn’t care at all for patients in pain. The morning shift arrived and said to me while I was in pain still, I’m sorry the. Night shift Doctor is very stingy with medication. What??? I was in crucial pain begging for help, begging for some relief and the nurse kept saying I’m going to ask the Dr. Unbelievable, I got discharged in crucial pain. I just went to a walking clinic and they were able to help in 30 minutes. I spent the whole night almost rolling on the floor asking for mercy. No one cared.

My nurse was very nice and the wait time was very short. My physician however was horrible. I came in to have my surgical incision checked out and he made me feel ashamed and afraid. I kept telling them Nurse and doc how scared I was bc I’d never had surgery before and the doc proceeded to tell me my surgeon had terrible medical practice and wouldn’t even touch me. He made me feel so bad. I had to ask him to please focus on the issue I was there for. Turned out the skin had just rubbed off the wound. Instead of telling me that and how to care for it at home, he gave me more anxiety and almost a panic attack before instructing the nurse to put neosporin and a bandage on me.

While it's not directly TriStar's fault they were overloaded, I had to sit in the ER for four hours (starting at midnight) with crippling (10/10) abdominal pain & no form of treatment. They couldn't even room me before the issue resolved on its own, and I shudder to think what would have happened if it had been a rupturing appendix or bowel. The staff were very conciliatory however & the nurses and attending I eventually spoke to were on top of things and quite kind despite being very overworked. Great people stuck in a messed up system.

I found them slow to respond. Some of the rooms were not well equipped
YES... They are required by LAW to have this... Talk to a "Financial patient assistance coordinator" or department.
I was recently here with a family member and yes, it is called a convenience of stay. You can pay $30 and patient and 1 family member/friend can stay in the room that will be used after surgery the night before. Bring regular meds with you though. You are not considered a patient until gotten for surgery, so no medical or nursing care until then. It is just like being a guest in a hotel. You don't have to worry about traffic on surgery morning. Great option!
Well i to had surgery here. Ok service other than very poor pain management...
Not sure
I wouldn't go more than 2 days
