The place is OK, but lacks diversity and it's effect on the culture is palatable. Sad to say that even good institutions fall short when the pockets of staff represent one homogeneous group (if all your kitchen staff is black or latino, and all the nurses are caucasian).

ED is the worst!! They are very slow. Take their time. Check in a breeze great experience. After triage you are on your own. No communication no one tells you nothing. Poor patient care 😪 I expect better from a Baltimore country hospital. Wish me luck 3 hours and counting and still waiting.

My wife delivered baby at joes. And I can honestly say the staff in the mothers ward are top tier! Would rate higher if possible.

Hello, sent here from another due to insurance. However, everyone has been wonderful. Spent nite in recovery unit. Alec was fantastic. Jenn today as well. As I said everyone has been great. Yesterday in pre op as well. Vascular Surgeon is such a caring, knowledgeable, and you can actually understand what he's talking about ! Would have No problem coming here again if needed !!! Pam
