I ordered a pistol kit from them, I was confused and thought I was getting the same parts as when I bought a rifle kit from a different company. I was mistaken. It came with no muzzle brake, not BCG, which after checking out other build kits on their website in red letters it tells you what is not included in the kit, but not on the pistol kit page. So ok I'm fine with that so I order both of those things from different companies, and they shipped them right out I even got them before the 4th of July! ('Merica!). Then when doing my checklist for the build they didn't send me a gas block or gas tube. It's pacificly shows and says in the description that one is to be included. We'll when you pay extra for the handling I would expect the correct parts to be in there! So I emailed them and have yet to hear back from them. I understand the whole "due to covid, blah blah blah" high volume of customers. But if you want to keep customers you think you would get back to them when YOU GUYS made the mistake!

Claim their ar9 lowers have a intergraded trigger gaurd that's absolutely FALSE as you can clearly see from the photo, mag release won't hold a Glock mag in place they just fall out of the bottom when loaded. They show a picture of a nice billet machined lower for the product image but its a forged lower, at least use a picture of the correct item your selling
