We stayed here in June to attend a wedding in the area and enjoyed our stay. A very friendly and accommodating staff all are outstanding! We had Room 265 with a pool view very quiet we slept wonderful for 2 nights. Room was very clean and bedding very nice! Free breakfast is great. We did use the pool during our stay and pool area is very well maintained. Only con as other reviewers have mentioned this is an older hotel in need of updating but cleanliness, staff and comfort overshadow this need.

Owner/Manager was very helpful when my work failed to properly book my stay. Staff was great, room was clean. Seemed like everyone I met at the hotel was in town for work, like I was. A special thank you as well for allowing me to park my Tesla right at the entrance to charge up. Small gym, nice jacuzzi and pool with a simple breakfast.

The owner was disrespectful to me. The unit 221 air-conditioned didn't work the phone didn't work either. It's 100 degrees in Porterville 5-24-2022. I asked to move unit clerk assigned 115. The phone wouldn't call the desk and the slide lock at the door was broken. The clock time was not set and wouldn't change time correctly when I tried. I m on a budget, but $79.00, hotels weren't getting it. I spent more and didn't get more. Owner/Manager told me I could leave I'm like what complaint about things that affect my stay bothers you. Shame. The room had a wad of hair brush cleaning somebody had left on the floor next to the bed and sofa. You can pay less and get

Positive: Proximity to the wedding venue called Springville Ranch. A pretty 20 min drive away. Negative: The guy at the front desk was extremely rude to me. I will never stay here again. The Holiday Inn right next door was so much better on customer service.
