The drive up used to be so good, what happened :( Lately wait times are long and they seem unorganized. It's faster to just get out and get your items yourself. The staff are friendly I think they just need better organization.

Lately drive up has been taking a long time, so if you’re in a hurry it’s best to get down and grab your items because it takes about 30-40 minutes for drive up. Sometimes there isn’t even anywhere for you to park either.

Go to electronic department and ask them to either fix the problem , if they cant then go to guest services and ask them to help you replace it with a phone for your carrier. Take the box and everything you do have for it. The box should have a number on it that let's them know the phone was purchased there. Be patient and clear about your issue and they should be able to help no problem. But the sooner you go in the better. Dont wait a year to replace it. Hope this helps !😁

Yes but it takes luck for them to not sell the item on layaway to someone else after Thanksgiving.
Regular hours except on Christmas eve & Christmas Day. Plus its the beginning of December . Im sure you have ample amount to find out this information. Are you planning on going shopping on Christmas Day? I suggest you get your shopping done before the actual holiday. So you dont have to wait in long lines.
