BEWARE! STAY AWAY! If we could give 0 stars we would Unfortunately, like many others, My husband and I were deceived by the seemingly “good” reviews. After a google search, I came across “all island fence and railing”. They came to give us a quote which we were satisfied with. Upon installation my husband paid them a portion of the total amount. My husband realized that the measurements that we had agreed upon, and were also written by the company in our contract, were incorrect. When my husband addressed this issue, he was brushed off and given minimal options im which none would leave us satisfied. Because they made a mistake on measurements our options were to accept the incorrect measurement without compensation, or allow them to fix it by allowing them to drill a new hole for the posting on our freshly paved driveway. The foreman Juan and his crew were entirely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. He even got physical with my husband. We are left with an unfinished job and no resolution in sight. I wish things hadn’t ended up this way. It is poor customer service to treat your clients with such disrespect. We work hard for our money have three children and are now left to fix the mistake of someone else. After the encounter my husband filed a complaint with the better business bureau. The response received from all island fence and railing was completely falsified making my husband seem like the aggressor. When in fact my husband called the police out of fear. Unfortunately the police didn’t arrive until Juan and his crew had left. But little did they know that we have cameras all on our property. They will probably reply to this comment again trying to make it seem that we are at fault and continue to try and cover up what really occurred that day. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company. If you read their bad reviews, you’ll see that they arrogantly respond to each one offering little resolution and placing the blame on each customer. We are extremely disappointed and hope this never happens to anyone else ever again.

They sent me the poles that I didn't order and of course I didn't realize it until I saw it installed, but when I called to make a claim, the manager was very arrogant and told me that he wouldn't accept the poles and that Amazon did it because they are multimillionaires Honestly, losing the money didn't bother me, but rather the pedantic way they spoke to me. (MY ANSWER TO YOU REPOST IS)You want to clean up your problem by reposting the one who gives your assessment of you and it is not correct because you called to offer me something ridiculous when you saw that I published my comment because when I called you first to complain because you sent me the wrong post you were very arrogant and told me that I simply lost my money even when you know that it was not my mistake but yours, if you had sent me the posts that I paid for, my installer would not have damaged it.

In July 2015 I had a back yard fence installed along with a gate in the driveway. Very happy and continue to be. Bob L. was very kind and I know he gave me the best deal. I had 2 other estimates that were a higher price. Now July 2022 Bob came to visit once more and helped me pick railing for my new stoop. It's so beautiful and once again the price was right. Thank you Bob, I am grateful you are still with the company and most of all your patience. The installation on both jobs were done professionally, look beautiful and am very happy. I recommend All Island Fencing.

All Island fence and railing is a very well run, proficient company. The ladies answering the phones, the sales people writing the contracts, and the installation crew are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The pricing is reasonable and the quality is good. I had a concern and spoke with Jen W. She was wonderful. She went above and beyond and she resolved my issue. I was so appreciative. I have been in customer service for over 30 years so I know what exceptional customer service looks like. Jen W is exceptional when it comes to customer service. Thank you Jen!!!!!
