I usually don't have much of an issue but my husband ordered a family meal on-line to be picked up at 8:45pm with a few other items and I picked it up. I got to the restaurant at 8:20pm and there was not a single staff member in sight. My bags were already out for pick up, my food was cold and I was missing several items. I called the restaurant and made arrangements to solve the missing dessert items. Besides having cold food, it was reheated and it was edible.
