I was very pleased with the way they handled my roof repair and installation. Daniel was very professional and consistent, calling me to update my project. His team was very professional and did the job fast. They really policed the area of and picked up after themselves. They used a magnet to pick up any stray nails. They did a great job and I would use them again if needed.

Premiere recently replace my roof that was damaged by a Hail storm. They did an excellent job. The quality of the work was great. They worked long days to make sure the job was completed in a timely fashion. Most days they worked until dark. Clean up was exceptional as well. During the process they found additional damage that was not included on the original insurance company estimate. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company and did a great job of documenting the additional work that was needed which was promptly approved by the insurance company. Hope I don't need a new roof any time soon but when I do I'll be calling Premiere.

The lifetime of a roof structure varies. The number of years varies by material used. In Florida, it is estimated that a Shingle Roof will have a useful life of approximately 15 years and a Concrete Tile Roof has 25 – 30 years. Metal Roofs will tend to be much longer than 35 years based on the quality of the product used.
It is permissible to install a new roof over an existing one in some municipalities. However, best practices indicate removal of all old materials is best to determine the condition of the existing deck, comply with Florida Building Codes and to address any issues as to avoid future damages with the new roof structure. Premiere Roofing and Carpentry, Inc. will always propose the removal and replacement in order to guarantee the best quality of our services.
In 2021 Florida’s market, a typical 2,000 sf home could range between $ 17,000 to $ 22,000 for shingle roof and $ 40,000 to $ 46,000 for a concrete tile roof.
Metal Roofing is by far the best option for Florida, but also the most expensive option. If you already have a shingle roof, the only two options would be shingle and metal. Tile roofs are normally installed over structures that have been designed for the weight of the product, hence, it would make sense to install tiles to roofs already with the same product.
