I work there and I can't even get a HR representative on the phone who can confirm my questions. Not only that I've made numerous suggestions like t.o.a.d toss out after delivery, for bags that injure my fellow employees because the zippers are broken. The ones task with throwing them away don't even work for Amazon because they are a third company delivery service. I've given them suggestions on how, if the aisles were wider during picking it would be easier to stage our route and yet nothing. In my opinion a company that makes it hard for there own employees to contact them and report concerns or suggestions is one that should be scrutinized. Updated 3/22/22 Just learned the hard way today that waiting to see HR is apparently prohibited at Amazon and in fact termination can be threatened. Only for you to go see your HR company representative and for them not to take action because it was a supervisor saying it. My question for the company I work for being Amazon is what do you think about a situation where one supervisor has had multiple incidents with employees. Has even been suspended for one of them only then to continue the same form of harassing behavior on other employees. When one individual is the common denominator in multiple problems is it not more efficient to have a talk with that supervisor instead of making the employee wait twenty minutes past their shift ending?

The delivery driver dropped off boxes in the middle of the building when the door is on the left side of the building. These packages are left where everyone who drives by can see them. Wouldn't be surprised if someone stole them.

Same delivery driver keeps throwing our packages on our front porch, not realizing he’s on camera. Can’t figure out how to report him either. Packages he’s thrown have been breakable objects as well

You just have to go in. I work there
Wow!!!
No idea but you can call Amazon Fulfillment Center and ask them
There's really not a direct number. I would call the customer assistance line and take it from there.Hope that helps!
Amazon only communicates thru email check to see if u received one because they will never call about an application.
Unfortunately you can't pick it up from your local warehouse, I would advise you to call an Amazon representative through the amazon app or text them through chat via the app as well, someone will help you out
Any issues with any packages, you must call the Amazon support number.
