I love Firehouse Subs. We've never had an issue with anything...always wonderful food & great service. Today I ordered a side salad & unfortunately it was the most horrible salad I've had from an establishment. As you can see, the lettuce is slimy & brown, & looks like it may have even been frozen at some point. I hate to complain, but for 5 bucks you'd expect a little fresher & better quality. Our subs were good as usual though.

As much as we love firehouse subs we have never had an issue we are addicted but yesterday we ordered before closing because we had a long week and wanted to feed the kids something quick. Our subs tasted like pure sugar They we’re not edible at all. We had to toss them and find the kids something else to eat. We get the same subs everytime so I don’t understand why they we’re sooo sweet. Very nasty I’m ashamed I spent 20$on firehouse subs.
