You can go to this restaurant across several states and get nearly the same menu items consistently however, not at this location. This Chick-fil-A only serves fired food after 8pm. No salads, no soups, etc. NOTHING but fried items, confirmed by the employees. They have the other items, but don’t make it for those hours. Fried food only! Expect nothing else. You can go to ANY surrounding location and it’s not an issue. I would recommend literally any location in the area BUT Oakleaf. Poor management, probably countless missed sales opportunities, etc. This has been going on for over a year +. Not Covid related, as they are fully staffed. Not sure why this location runs/operates differently than other locations, or if the special menu is something corporate is aware of. Seems like every Chick-fil-A would do the bare minimum after 8pm if so, right?

Worst Chick-fil-A in the Jacksonville area. This location’s quality has steadily gone down. The food is nowhere near the same quality of other locations and it seems like 8 out of 10 visits, they always seem to forget something. Recently we ordered in the drive thru. Paid and got handed a bag. We watched the girl look in the bag and hand it over to us. The bag was full of mayonnaise and not our order. They shrugged it off like oops. When you do get your food, it’s lacking. These types of mistakes make this the worst Chick fila in the Jacksonville area.

This restaurant is by far the best fast food CHICKEN place I know & I don't care for white meat! I love the waffle fries(need more salt) & that mac-n-cheese is off the chain!
