1/12/22 For the money I paid I knew it wasn't a good value as soon as barely any soap came out, what soap was there wasn't rinsed before "wax" and the spot free shine was barely there as well and stopped before my back windshield. I had …Good afternoon, I have received no calls, emails or contact regarding this whatsoever. Upon reviewing the wash no defects were found and as of this time (2pm on 1/13/22) everything is in perfect working order. Unfortunately this seems more about your disinterest in having to socialize with our attendant. We wouldn’t pay to staff a car wash if it wasn’t necessary and it is absolutely necessary. A very high number of drivers are unable to navigate a car wash and without an attendant it is extremely likely you would not have been able to get your car wash as another customer would have faulted out the machine. Thank you for confirming our employee is doing his job. However, we do not appreciate you insulting him. There is nothing “creepy” about greeting our customers and maintaining a clean and trouble free Environment to quickly get everyone in and out with a happy clean car. This aspect of our business and the way we take care of our customers will never change and if one finds that to be a problem they can visit outside of staffed hours or take their business elsewhere. Thank you for trying our facility and we wish you all the best wherever your car wash needs take you.

I’m not sure who the young man is that works on the weekend but he is amazing. He is very good with guests and explains the whole experience to new users. I have observed him being engaging, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always asks the right questions and sells wash cards to your guests. I would take him for my business in a heartbeat! Please relay his great work onto him!
