Very slow at bringing out the food. The meal was decent other than some of the group had to wait several minutes before getting refills on all you can eat shrimp.

They provide hand sanitizer and they want you to wear a mask and they are spread apart between the tables and you have to have your mask on until you get your food and if you finish your food you have to put your mask right back on.
We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.

Red Lobster Rewards members may also order catering by using the My Red Lobster Rewards App to connect online or calling the number indicated on the app. We partner with ezCater’s delivery team to fulfill catering delivery orders. We’re confident that ezCater will provide quality service for our guests, at the most possible locations.
