My daughter paid for a rental online, before we did it online I stopped by the office to make sure they took debit cards for rental she informed me they do a credit check, I asked her if we rent online will they do the credit check before allowing us to rent it? She said yes if it allows you to rent it online we were good. Well today she went to pick up the vehicle and they said she didn't pass the credit check so they couldn't rent it to her!! It was already paid and taken put of her account!So now no car an no money to rent a car! Thanks

They do accept debit cards if they have a Visa logo or a chip on it no prepaid cards they will not accept pre-paid cards it has to be a bank issue debit card I hope this helps you,,,,, yiC 😇
