We had several poor experiences, including long waits, both on the phone and for appointments (exceeding 45 minutes), and rushed visits. During one sick visit, a physical exam was not even performed. That is when we made the call to switch providers. With our new provider, we learned our son was missing a vaccine he should have already received. While we acknowledge the practice was having staffing problems at the time we left, (1) the concerns we had for care began prior to staffing issues, and (2) a child’s care should not be impacted by staffing issues. The care we have received with our new provider has been exceptional and far different-confirming out initial suspicion that the care we were receiving with Tuka was not in line with what we were seeking for our children.

Staff are so nice and friendly. The doctor is very knowledgeable and takes his time with you. Great pediatrician’s office and would recommend!

Our family absolutly loves tuka. Our 3 year old thinks Dr. A is the "coolest". Even when he is feeling his worst he is excited to see the doctor and staff. They are always so thoughtful, friendly and so helpful. You never feel rushed and Dr. A is always so knowledgable with any questions you may have. Our family cannot recommend Tuka enough!
