My mother can't afford dentures and just had treatment in 18 weeks for head and neck cancer and they said they're not accepting any patients on a sliding scale I don't know what we're going to do

I would give 5 stars but I had a few things I want to share that could be improved and In MD this was not a problem so it COULD BE fixed or tweaked if AZA really wanted to improve... on telehealth and INoffice they do an extensive Questionnaire EVERY TIME and it's things that I shouldn't have to answer time and time again like my race, household #, am I on food stamps etc. It could easily take someone an hour to figure out and its wasting time. NOW FOR THE GOOD PART, my doctor was on vacation and no one had been answering my call, I went in the office and front desk staff was VERY HELPFUL AND RESPECTFUL TO MY SITUATION. The check out process is always pleasant and the nurse staff made sure i was seen and taken care of. This saved me an unnecessary ER trip. Thank you kindly AZA. ALSO SHOUT OUT TO DR. NANCY FOR TAKING INITIATIVE ON MY mental helath meds !!! Periodt.

Had labs drawn on 7/15/2022. I have spoken with three different people. Labs have not been processed, labs have not been updated, 7/26/2021 I was told I need to schedule appointment to review labs. Soonest available appointment is End of August. Totally frustrating.

Of course they do pregnancy tests..
Yes, I really liked the doctor assigned to me ! Very knowledgeable , laced with common sense and just the sort of doctor you dream of meeting ! I would have come years ago if I had known .
They can treat any issue that a regular general practitioner can, because they have medical doctors on staff. If it is something that requires a specialist they will refer you just like any doctors office.
Yes they do, my wife is a pharmacist for Azalea Health and runs their diabetes program.
Yes Ma'am they do. They have what is called a Sliding Scale Program... It is based on your income.
I am not sure, but you could just call them on Monday and ask over the phone .🙂
Yes, I think they do treat all illnesses
They have a sluding scale which is 15$ but ur co-pay shouldn't exceed 15$ it should be 5$ or free
Possibly anemic but check with your doctor
Yes they generally prefer you to go to doctor that put it in but they can do it. Nancy does it here in St Augustine and she is very good. My wife works for Azalea Health and I just asked her about it.
I don't believe so but you could call and ask...
