Came in for an oil change, patch and tire rotation. Asked 3 times for tires to be rotated as they always forget. My tires weren't rotated. They also broke my glove compartment. It now slams open. Wanted an engine air filter and they never installed it. I have a business myself so when you say you'll do something and don't that'd disrespectful. Going in tomorrow to complain and have them fix my glove compartment. *update. Taking it in and they're having it fixed. Also asking for tires to be rotated

I’ve never seen such a poorly run store from start to finish. The manager needs to get it together. I was there on Saturday and was shocked at how unprofessional and lackluster everyone, but Dale, was. Dale was very courteous and genuinely concerned about me waiting as long as I did. As far as the others; Swearing and complaining about being at work in front of customers is no way to gain retention. I’ll never go back there or any other Tire Kingdom for that matter. Beware!
