Scam! They took my money to do wheel alignment to my two vehicles as both has tires damage due bad alignment then i replaced both tire sets after about 15k miles I noticed the same damage pattern on the tires as the old one which means they didn't do the job at first time and when I brought the cars complaining about that they blamed the car suspension and when I asked to show me the damage parts they failed to show that. At this point I decided to take the cars to another Pep Boys asked to print a report before and after the service to confirm they actually did something and here is the surprise the guy print that to me which shows no changes and told me they don't have the special tool to adjust the campers for German cars and when I asked if any other locations has this tool he said "non of our locations has that tool". To add salt to injury found out they use my car at lunch time to a near gas station. I called multiple times the customer service and who ever answered tell me a manager will call you within 48 hours which never happened and when I call again they apologize then saying and they can't connect me with anyone now but they will call me back. Save your money and never go this place.

Marcus and Bobby are the reason I keep coming back to my neighborhood Pep Boys on SOBT in Orlando. The both were very friendly and helpful. They took care of my flat tire today and got me back on the road quickly and safely. Thank you!
