We feel so blessed that our Mother had the incredible opportunity to reside at Sterling Care Assisted Living. Every single staff member went above & beyond to make sure that our Mother was well taken care of, clean, comfortable & happy. Each of our family members, who came to visit her from out of town, were impressed by the warmth, patience & care of the staff members. They also appreciated the small number of residents because it created a more Heimishe (home-like) atmosphere. We truly feel that they enhanced the quality of her life & added to her longevity. Sterling Care is the finest facility of its kind that I have seen. When I realized that my 100 year old mother was being mistreated at her previous facility, I called Mrs. Schnier for help. She came to see my mother, examined her, and helped me to decide how to handle this situation. When I moved my mother, I was shocked by the difference in the level of care that my mother was now receiving. My mother was not getting enough to eat and had lost weight. When she moved to Sterling Care, the food was beautiful and plentiful and soft enough for her to eat. Mrs. Schnier knows every resident top to bottom and attends to their every need. I really cannot say enough about Sterling Care and its staff. I’m grateful on a daily basis.

Our only regret was not moving my Mother in Law there 2 years earlier. Small place allows for individualized care and attention to small details like making sure everyone can see the musician while he is playing or blankets are draped on the lap and knees. Private and public visiting areas and lovely garden space.
