The initial easy of this move was very deceptive. While all the ladies in the lease office are very pleasant the lack of communication and follow up leave A TON to be desired. When I moved in there was a horrible smell, still is. I sent several e-mails, stop by the office, still the smell is here. All the issues I placed in my move check in list, never addressed until I put in further tickets and then they were only partially addressed. Not to mention the broken finger nails and hair from the previous tenants I had to clean myself. When I signed my lease I stated I had pets, they were listed on my lease. Then just before the second months rent is due, all of the sudden there were additional deposits and fees. Which if you could guess I had to call about because no one said anything to me. Although the leasing office is pretty and the office ladies are nice, it's just to get you in. Because after that there seems to be very little concern with follow up and the quality of living for their tenants. So for the price I'm sure you can find somewhere else that will at least be worth the money.

My move in experience here has been the worse. I waited for 2 months only to be sorely disappointed and the main reason for the disappointments is because at my tour, maintenance and service here was hyped up and I was basically sold a dream; not because it's not perfect but because the communication and professionalism is horrible. I understand things happen but to be lied to multiple times and not receive resolve is hurtful. My apartment was not and still isn't move in ready after being assured 2 separate occasions that it was. I have a hole in my shower floor. The cleanliness is subpar. The air conditioning doesn't work and I'm 37 weeks pregnant. Aside from that, the office gave me the wrong building keys and I was locked out of my own building at 1030pm last night, at 8 months pregnant and had to hope and wait for another resident to come and let me in. At this point, I am questioning and deeply hoping that I do not further regret signing a lease here.
