I had my pool remodeled by Pool Creations. After nine months my tile was falling off the edges. I repeatedly called them for four months straight once a week and got no response. They finally sent somebody out he agreed with me that it needed to be redone and re-grouted. 2 months later after repeatedly calling once a week I was told that they were too busy and couldn’t pull somebody off a job to come fix this little job. No I would not recommend them.

Ray, the owner, jumped on a problem I was having. He fixed a problem with a new pool pump that the original pool equipment provider that installed the equipment could not fix. I now have a new pool equipment company thanks to Ray taking an interest in my situation and fixing the problem.
