First and foremost, I would like to say after my most recent review of packing house some issues definitely were addressed. My hat's off to Lisa from Res 1 Management. I would like to hear a knowledge that the issues that are relevant to the management of the facility also known as res 1 management, weather appropriately addressed verbally. Extra Care and time was taken to explain to me all the issues from the management side as well as the wrongful barring of two individuals. Thank you Lisa for your professionalism and courtesy. As far as volunteers of America, I have not heard back from via email, text, phone, mail, or any other means! Volunteers of America you should take a lesson from the management team! I am grateful for having gone through this experience, as uncomfortable as it was, in the process a correcting things I did find some healing, again thank you Lisa... If this was a review of res1 Management, I would give 4.5 Stars! However, this is a review of Paca House... Over-the-door that we enter into the building are the words "Volunteers of America" ... So unfortunately because of the silence that Volunteers of America have exhibited, at this time I will only be able to give 3 stars. I must say, it feels good when you voice your concerns and at least the management team listens... After the building, the amenities, the upkeep, I am truly impressed. Res 1 has truly going to stop with the upkeep and care of the facility. There's a pleasant courtyard, beautiful lobby, and most importantly every Hollis clean and spotless every day. There's a cleaning crew that comes in in the morning that works very hard and are very pleasant... I also want to give them kudos

The worst living conditions not professional at all the desk attendance street people told them about a safety issue acohol spilled all over the elevator I almost fell the desk attendance said that's not my job continue tampering with my locks has been changed by me twelve times they come in take my toilet paper all house hold products my shampooer mattress television Stole my 5 Chester Draw and exchanged to there old beat up 4 drawer Chester Draw I can't wait to move outta this place
