Amazing how this DOL was handing out money like hot cakes during the beginning of COVID-19, but I could barely get hold of benefits when I was completely eligible.. On the phone, you cant get in touch with any humans; when you make an appointment, they'll try to get you out of their face asap.... I'm back on my feet, all thanks to me. I've never seen such low standards of work ethics and disregard for people until I encountered NJ unemployment, but thanks for being there when I needed you most. Maybe it's because they figure I'm not black, hispanic or a woman; I'm not one for welfare but the safety net I thought would be there actually wasn't there at all. This department is absolute TRASH. P.S.- Even the security is trash, these guys are either has-beens or spent their career wishing they were something better
