Yesterday, I went there . It was third floor where one lady with no manner close the window on us .Maybe because my husband and I start speaking in Spanish. She spoke us on Spanish for 2 minutes .She understood us very well.My husband complained she opened and told us she will pass to her surpervisor . Obviously this lady was nice and educated . She just listened us, but I want to complained because in those kind of job . They should be nice . I am just writing that to prevent other people to have same experience.

I just love it when tax dollars are used just to make more money off the citizens. What a waste, how about you properly fund failing public schools, ensure students have up to date electronics, and try to improve the environment of Elizabeth. No, build this garbage.

Nice brand NEW building with excellent staff working here. The security measures are good and seem to be fair practices based on current security climate. (nothing crazy strict) The floors along with the rooms are clearly marked and there is a much better waiting areas throughout the building. The glass all around give it a very nice open feeling when inside. The temperature inside is perfect; not too cold or to hot. The biggest issue would be the parking here or lack thereof ! Unless you are staff personel there is ZERO parking on the premises. Which is sad because all this money you would think Union County would have envoked imminent domain to take over some nearby property to convert to parking for the general public. Luckily there is a proper parking structure near the Jailhouse that has sufficient parking (about 5-10 min. walk away) Overall this building serves it's purpose and is pretty easy to locate and arrive to. There is also a train station and plenty of public transportation nearby.
