If I could give negative stars I would. It’s disgusting that ppl are quite literally losing because our own govt can’t help us. I’ve been approved and still haven’t received anything and it’s been 5 months. How much more do you want ppl to struggle?. Why are these ppl who are working govt jobs not doing their jobs? Like at this point i feel like this is illegal to hold citizens from receiving their benefits. This is so disturbing.

You can call them or visit their office but there are no more extensions to anyone for any reason. Most they can do, is try to help you find a job.

It actually depends on the number of days worked, note the hours worked. Unemployment insurance covers 4 days of work a week. If you work any day of the week you cannot claim for that day that you worked.

You're in the same situation I'm in right now also. I've reached my year end date and reapply online also. It said wait 14 business days not including weekends, so I'm just waiting it out for now. When I did apply for unemployment benefits, it took 14 weeks before I received any word but I did get my retor money. So I'm just waiting it out again and continuing to certified for my benefits each week as told.

It's under your log in account, you need to print it out yourself. You should have gotten an email that mention it. Just log in to your account that you use to log into yours unemployment benefits.

You can print it on line from your account log in. The same web site you log on to do your unemployment benefits. Same log in name and password. You will see the link on there, follow it but you need a printer or you can email it to someone who can print it out for you as well. You should have gotten an email that mentioned this as well.

You can only qualify for unemployment benefits if you lost your job. If your pregnant has nothing to do with your benefits.
my work week begins on a wed and ends tuesday but when filing it claims it needs info from mon thru friday
Your severance pay has nothing to do with the facts if you qualify for unemployment benefits at all. First get your severance pay and then file for your unemployment benefits. It's the way I did it and had no problems at all.
You don't need proof of being laid off because unemployment office will contact your last employer and get all the facts of why you was laid off or terminated. The information they give on your behalf will determine whether you qualify for benefits or not.
If you are denied, you can still try and call for a hearing and that's your last chance to qualify for unemployment benefits.

Log into your unemployment account from before. Same log in name and password. You will find it in payment history.
If you forgot your log in name and password, then you need to go to your unemployment benefits office site for a copy of payment history made. You will also have available on line for your tax papers, your W1040. You can print it on line.
Go tomorrow early on in the morning, try to be there at about 8:30am. To be honest if there was a mistake done before you finished or if you missed an appointment they sent you is the only way you haven't received your benefit check. You'll get more information tomorrow for sure.
If you qualify for benefits, you can receive up 26 weeks. There is no more extensions after those 26 weeks.

You first need to file to see if you qualify for benefits. That depends on how long you was working at your place of employment and the reason on why your no longer working there. Were you laid off or terminated? Once you do qualify and bring in all the nessasery documents, it can still take about another 3 to 6 weeks to receive your first benefit check.
You can also try to file on line first before you go in. If your not understanding or having trouble on line, then you'll need to go in to the unemployment benefits office for sure.
