Visiting in from out of town. I ordered a large ice Macchiato but asked that the ice be put into a separate cup. It was 96° out this particular day and I didn't want the ice to water down my beverage but I still wanted the option of having the ice to add. I was given a cup of coffee filled "less than half way" with a cup of ice filled "about 65% of the way". This was a mess of an order. I ended up paying double for my Macchiato because the manager insisted that if I wanted a large cold Macchiato filled to the top that it would cost double to do so and so I did because we had a long travel day ahead of us and the coffee would help to keep me alert. My traveling companion's order was also made incorrectly and once we got about 5 minutes down the road we had discovered their coffee didn't have any sugar or the "oat milk" in their beverage in which we paid an additional cost for as well. This service at this place shows the Dunkin Donuts franchise in a bad light; However we finally made it back home to our neighborhood "DD" where the service is always friendly and the coffee is made right.
