Rented the vehicle for one day. Filled it up before I turned it in. Still charged me a fuel service. Have rented from budget over 100 times. Don’t ever go to this location.

don’t believe everything you read. i think a lot of folks are just impatient and then blame the service. but if they did some meditation and weren’t so cranky it might help. had a great experience here. both service agents Natasha and Britney were incredibly helpful. i rented a corolla in great condition and the prices were fair. everything pretty straight forward and seamless. y’all need to chill out lol

love the people who work here. but think about the next time you rent a truck for a cross country trip, make sure it is in better condition and the battery is newer than 2017. Broke down in SC due to the battery and lucky a man had a portable charger. Roadside service would have showed up 4 hours later.
