Profoundly disappointed in this pharmacy. I am new to the area and had a rx sent to this pharmacy for the first time, excited to have an option that was so close to my home. My experience with the store in general has been very positive overall. The pharmacy received my script but I heard no communication regarding it until I called several hours later to inquire if it was ready for pick up. I was told that the location is no longer "taking pain management patients". When I explained that my medication was in fact NOT a pain management prescription and that was not the issue for which I was receiving a rx, I was told that they were no longer taking patients "with my type of prescription", as they were "at capacity". It's hard to not feel as if this is a practice that is stigmatizing and penalizing patients who are only trying to obtain appropriately prescribed medications at low, medically appropriate dosages. Now I am about to run out of my rx at the onset of a holiday weekend, unable to make other arrangements because no one reached out to me in time to inform me of this policy. If you need management of a schedule II drug that is medically necessary and used under physician supervision, seek care elsewhere. Their website expresses that they are eager to help you meet your rx needs: "Welcome to Awesome!" In actuality, they refuse to serve "patients like you".

The pharmacist at this location moves prescription fill times around to fit her schedule. Nobody calls to ask if they can move your order to the next day. They just fail to fill it unless you ask them to. When you ask why your prescription (sent in at 12:30 pm the previous day) takes to the following evening to fill, the answer is that's just how it is. Or, the pharmacist decided to move it back without asking you. I like shopping at this Publix, that's why I come to this pharmacy. It looks like it might be time for a change.

This is the best run Publix anywhere. I really appreciate the man who is wiping down each cart at the entrance today, Thursday. I have always appreciated the produce staff who go out of their way to keep everything fresh and help the customers cheerfully.

Yes they do (well did). I had mine a few months ago. I am sure they still got them
