Dr Farmer has been our family orthopedic doctor since 2010. First my husband got a new hip, he now needs a knee. Just waiting for the right time to schedule the surgery. In 2021 I had my rotator tear in my shoulder fixed, I am now good as new. Dr Farmer is an excellent surgeon and really nice doctor. In the same practice is another excellent surgeon, Dr Andrew Belis. I had to have my Achilles’ tendon cut and reattached, although very a very painful procedure, I now can walk pain free and no limp.

Dr Farmer and his team did my first hip replacement in February and my second 4/7/22. Both times his team has been amazing. They have provided safe, compassionate care. They respond to my emails and calls immediately and are always willing to go over things again until I understand. The only issue I had after the first surgery was nausea and vomiting. My home health team was at my home only hours after the procedure to provide care. Before this surgery, the anesthesiologist came and reviewed the entire experience with me. She then changed the treatment plan related to the nausea. The nausea was minimal after this procedure. I am grateful for the wonderful care Dr Farmer has offered me, and I would highly recommend this team to anyone facing a joint replacement.

Dr. Farmer performed emergency surgery on my wife. She had fallen and fractured her femur. He put in a rod and pins to support the femur bone only to have it collapse. We went to him to evaluate the situation. He prescribed a re-do. Which was ok by her. Knowing that she needed the re -do as an emergency operation he sent her home. He should have sent her right to the hospital because she was in severe pain. We had to find another Dr. to perform the re-do in which he replaced the hip and supported the femur. Dr. that performed the re-do surgery couldn't believe that Farmer didn't even call to find out how she was doing. So much for bed side manner. All I have to say about Dr. Farmer is shame on him!...

Dr. Farmer operated on my rotator cuff 4 years ago and now did a hip replacement on my husband. I would highly recommend Dr. Farmer who always gets it right!!!
