The staff was amazing....... Everything else was at the complete opposite end of the spectrum. I ordered bread sticks and they were completely doughy on the inside and they were completely colorless and anemic. At the bottom of the paper bag was an oily mess. It was almost like they dumped an oily butter substitute on the "bread sticks" after they were in the bag. The container of sauce was about a 1/3 full, unlike the photos posted in their app. The pizza..... I looked decent, if you like pepperoni. I ate half a slice 4 hours ago and I can still smell and taste nothing but garlic. Save your money and go somewhere else for pizza....... Stop in and buy a beverage or anything else and say hi to my friend with the lashes..... She's the only reason I'd go back.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Very rude. Burned my pizza, refused to replace pizza and stated they were new and did not know how to give money back. I used to go to this store when I lived in Lewisville and never experienced the disrespect. They closed the store before closing hours and was still selling pizzas but would not replace mine. I no longer live in Lewisville and was visiting family. I will never support this store again unless people are trained and exercise customer service, respect and represent the great company they are employees for. Times are hard and it’s not easy what they do. I respect that. However the experience I had is the absolute worst and there is no excuses for that.

I was not gonna write this until when I announced that 10000 people read my reviews a month and that she should be careful with her very nasty and poor attitude . I decided I was gonna ignore her arrogant behavior . But after thinking it over and really give it 5 minutes to check my own behavior . I decided my attitude was quit normal . One when I showed up she was very nice to arrogantly tell me that we do not take 100 dollar bills . I get 11 pm but at 445 on a Friday and you do not take my hard earned money ? So I went around the corner got cigarettes and came back . When I returned Her attitude went really south . The special I ordered is a 4 to 8 pm hot n ready order . And there was pizzas and bread sticks in the heat cabinets . Yet she chose to make me wait 15 minutes for my food . Then she servered the next three people behind me as I sat in my truck and watched her pull out the pizzas and the bread sticks . I would have went away in peace But when my order was finally ready . I went in to get it and she arrogantly told me I would have to wait for garlic sauce because this order does not include any . Because she had to fold boxes of pizza and fill up her hot n ready stove cabinet and she could not stop and sell me 3 garlic sauces I would have went away then and let her be rude and said nothing but . Then when I brought up her attitude and the fact that I am a Google guide . She became even more rude ... So I will say If you want to get hot n ready pizzas here . Good luck If you have 100 dollar bill and just got paid and have no change Forget about this place . If you want a smile and a good attitude from the services you pay for Do not go here with high expectations . I have this lady a way out of this comment and she took no time to consider I went through hoops to get pizza that your company promised will be hot n ready and it was . But she wanted to make me wait instead of the remaining 3 clients . I did not catch your name but you remember me . I hope if they fire you . You realize why . If they keep you around I will not come back . In fact Every time I pull into this store if you are there I will leave . And good luck with covering this review . Again I warned you that I suggested you adjust your attitude before I leave as I am a Google guide and I will tell the world about you ... After reading all the bad reviews I will never go back here again . I had no idea this was actually normal business for this lady . She can treat people any way she wants and no consequences . Not I I will never bring you a dollar again .

Waited 10 min before someone finally came to the counter to take order. He took order from 1 person and walked away when there were like 7 people waiting in line to order which half of them wanted to just pick up hot n ready pizza. Waited another 10 min and left the place. They also do not have any classic hot n ready pizza. Why call it hot n ready when it is never ready?
