Yes there is a lost and found at guest service's but at your risking the people not getting the item's back weather you return it to lost and found or the store because they will have no way of contacting the people ! Sorry to tell you they won't research it to find out who it belongs to !

The trampoline and rides cost money. I do not believe there is a free play ground area if that is more of what you are looking for.

If you're going from blanding to wells rd, take a right into Sears, where you will see buffalo wild wings and it should be on the opposite side of the AMC movie theaters. Keep going around the circle and pass sears. Then you will see an entrance to the food court that has tall see through glass. Can't remember the stores next to it, but it's very noticeable and it's after Dillard's store.

Go to St Augustine to the Old fort much better, or on a boat downtown Jax also.

I haven't been there in a while but I heard they're pretty decent with acrylic nails

The large department stores (Belk, Sears, Penny's, etc) have them, as well as elevators. The mall itself is one story.

They have wheelchairs at customer services. I believe it's free, but you have to leave a driver's license or ID for the duration.
