Had the worst experience here last night and never have i had such poor food service coming here. Our waiter seemed very lost, my friends steak was not cooked well the way she wanted them too meat was still too red so they proceeded to take her same steak to the back with it already going in her mouth and being undercooked and dont tell me that i am wrong about reheating procedures because i run a fast food restaurant and know that is not the way they gave her back the same steak that she ate out off meaning they took her steak that she ate put it on the same grill as other steaks that are being cooked which is cross contamination i lost my appetite just by that having food going back on the same grill to come back out tells me the cleanliness of the kitchen. Will not be returning anytime soon until the manager of this store properly trains there employees and shows attention to there customers. As a manager running my own store this is by far terrible service. My husbands drink was just straight sugar didnt taste not even a bit of alcohol in it, we are very disappointed in our visit overpaid for such low quality.

The food was on point and so was the service. You guys have to clone the cooks from 9/13/20. Management is doing a great job; especially to be having such great service and great food. Seriously the steak was perfect for me. Four stars because the kids menu selection is plain but it works. P.s. I think it could use some updating and I bet this place would create even more traffic. Even fish tanks just to give something for people to look at, especially bored kids...lol
