Terrible move out experience. Charged me with multiple expenses with 0 explanation. The place was thoroughly cleaned (fridge, fan, microwave, etc) and I have always gotten my deposit back in past. I was charged over $600 in fees and when asked for an explanation I received no response. They did not mail or call me about these issues, instead sent an email and no response when I replied. I also received 0 responses from the office before moving out, constantly had to go to the office if I needed answers to anything. There was a roach problem in the kitchen and I would have to request the bug service to come to my unit instead of them taking time to gut the unit and handle it. I did not have a good experience.

The leasing process, to the move, in to having a need the staff at Bluwater have been so incredibly helpful and kind. I won’t speak about the property, other than it is nice. I don’t use the amenities but the staff and the kindness and willingness to help and be there for you when you need them won’t be beat by any other property. If you are looking for a great place to live with great staff, here is home. The location is obvious.

Amazing staff and awesome place, well taken care and top location in Jax beach! Very close to the beach , restaurants, breweries and other entertainment!! We love it!!
