Very unprofessional agency/ worst agency ever .. they lie alot saying you can go with 40 hrs a week when you never going home with 40 hours . They make you go from patient to patient just to try to complete your full 40 hours a week and you still don’t complete them they say you have permanent cases but you end up having 4-5 patients a week just to try to complete your hours .. they also lie about having work for you sometimes they send you to a patient that’s 1hr and 30 min from you they won’t contact the patient to see if they there ,they’ll just send you . when you get there turns out the patient doesn’t want to receive you so you contact the agency to let them know but they take forever to pick up the phone so your just standing out side the patient home until they fell like picking up the phone , then they’ll send you home cause sometimes they don’t have no other case to give you after . so you wake up early take 1hr and half to get there just to be sent RIGHT BACK HOME AND THEY DONT EVEN PAY YOU FOR IT. So I lost my care fare there and back plus the whole day cause they send you to patients that they sometimes don’t even have contact with . They’ll block your calendar for any reason which means you’ll have to go to them speak to Qcc so they can unblock your cleanser so then you can go back to work Just by blocking your calendar your basically loosing days of work until you have time to go to Bk and speak to them it’s just TOOOOOO MUCHHHJH WITH THIS AGENCY ITS CRAZY WHAT THEY MAKE PCA’s go through its diffidently not worth the money you don’t get paid enough to go through so much . Pro: they have a lot of cases you can fill in or become permanent. My issue first on a case I told a coordinator that the patient did not care for me and was rude, you know what she said I had to stay on and give it a chance because I was a new face and I can't drop the case because I was permanent, went back the next day the lady was so disrespectful and I called again angry because of what I stated already about this patient, and look I was off the case. Why place an aide in a problematic situation if I've stated that the patient isn't okay with me being there smh horrible. Then some of these coordinators have attitude issues, if y'all don't want to work there you can always leave, give someone else the job. Another issue I can never get anyone on the phone long waits just being on the phone I have to call the 24hr hotline for me to get someone, God forbid if it's crucial smh. However if they want me they will call that's the only time I can speak to someone.. And I just started working here unbelievable.

The worst agency I have seen in my life where your voice is not heard and they only agree with those who make mistakes that are themselves and do not even apologize better, they want one as an employee to blame themselves and to be harmed, now I understand why everything the world is going to him like I just did, the owner of this company cannot even imagine, in my opinion, all the injustices of his employees

They are great company. ms sabrina is a great teacher. Ms cunningham also helps out alot.
