EXTREMELY disappointed in Campisi’s Love Field. I passed 2 other Italian places to go to Campisi’s and was very sad I came. I understand it is a smaller version of the Original off of Mockingbird and usually it comes through but today, the pizza I was told would take 9 minutes, took 21mins and I was not given one single apology from anyone at the counter. Instead I was handed a hot undercooked Italian sausage pizza that wasn’t better than day old dominos unfortunately. This is not the way I wanted to eat before my flight. Please fix the problem and the rudeness as this would never be allowed at one of the brick locations.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would because customer service was just horrible!! First of all, they only had a Hawaiian, cheese, and sausage pizza and told my wife they couldn't make any more. Come to find out they made pizzas for people who were right behind us!! Second, I asked for a hot sandwich, and they could not be bothered to take out the lettuce or tomato , so I was greeted with nasty veggies. They also made me hand them a sandwich from the front because the others were "wrapped", which I found really weird. Third, we asked for a Dr. Pepper and they made us get one from the front because the ones in the refrigerator were already "counted". BIG DEAL, SWITCH ONE FROM THE FRONT WITH ONE FROM THE FRIDGE! Of course we sit and the soda is LUKEWARM!! Fourth, I had gotten a couple pastries and, what do you know, one of them was stale and we had to trash it. What a big waste of money when a gold mine was right next door, WHATABURGER. I will never go back to this location and would never recommend.

Horrible service good pizza. Nobody was in line but me they had to make my pizza. 15 ppl proceeded to come after me and get their pizzas made and put in the oven. Every last person after me got their pizza before I did. All I order was a sausage pizza. You guys need to streamline your service to where this doesn’t happen. The girl that was cutting the pizza today with the braids was super rude to most of the customers. If you don’t like your job are get frustrated by serving guess don’t go into a direct customer service job.

My wife and I dropped in for a bite. There was a large group at the same time. Our waitress made sure we got our order in right away. The food was so much better than we ever anticipated! It was delicious! Chelsea took really good care of us even though she was so busy. This place offers great atmosphere and great food. The service was outstanding and we had a great time.
