Called Steve this morning at 8:30am. He came to our house immediately to fix our garbage disposal. Turns out some dummy (probably me) dropped a spoon down in it. I highly recommend Steve but I don't recommend dropping spoons in your garbage disposal :)

as a Handyman i can only replace one square (one bundle) i have done many roof repairs, Thanks Stephen
Sorry for the damage from the storms I don't have mold mitigation equipment, the best thing to do is cut out the damage area and replace the linoleum is about two dollars for a square foot to remove and replace. I'll try harder to answer sooner next time.
