UPDATE 9.2022 - nearly done now. Swimming pool is next. Still an excellent deal. Under construction.First section now open for 72 spaces. Not to Crazy about the RVs lined up like dominoes but you can't beat the price and the lots are nice and level and paved.. 75' pullthrus

Will be spending winter months here for first time this season.Drove through this park several times last season&was quite impressed.I talked to Tim&Ana seemed very friendly.After spending 4 months in Fla. last winter saw some really trashy parks.So i am glad they maintain certain standards.Really looking forward to my first stay here this coming winter.

Yes, the office receives all the mail and packages. They put them in boxes in alphabetical order. There are no separate standalone mailboxes there
Pets are allowed however you must clean up after them and keep them on a leash They do not have cabins to rent
If your heading south on 27 turn left at walmart in chiefland. It's not far behind walmart
They have fire pits available up at the Pavillion you can use
The lots are for rent but there is no rental rv's or park models.
The park is brand new. They have 20A, 30A and 50A at every site.

It is in the plans however it's probably a year out. We will build the pavilion and gameroom first.
