Showed up at 4 minutes to closing time on 9/4/2022. The two fellows behind the counter said the registers are closed and that I should come back when the store reopens on Tuesday. No thanks. I’ll be going to FedEx.

We had a lot to ship and no idea what size box or boxes we would need. We were dreading having to go to ups based on reviews we read for other stores. Sean was extremely helpful and we had a great experience. Right away he got us into the correct boxes and weight limits.

I shipped a package from this store to Canada on 06/17/2022. I gave my phone for the operator to type the receiver address to prevent any potential misspelling and I was told that my package will be delivered on June 22nd 2022. I was charged $45.65. Few days passed and tracking my package I noticed that it is stock there. I called to the store and found out they had dropped one letter typing my address. I asked them to correct that immediately and they said they would right a way. The day after I tracked again and noticed that the issue wasn't resolved. Called to the UPS general number and was told that address hadn't been updated. They said they would. Called again the day after and still the same problem. Beside that I was told that I need to pay about $158 for import fee which is ridiculous. I asked them to return my package and i was told that I need to call to store. The person that I shipped that package left that city and my package is up in the air in about 2 weeks. I called the store and asked them to return the package. Today is 06/29/2022 and I have no idea where the heck my package is. The tracking web still says that I need to update my shipping address which is really messed up. I am on hold for 30 minutes to see when/ how I will get that package back. It is awfully terrible and if you want to avoid this whole mess first of DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE and SECONDLY CONSIDER OTHER POST COMPANIES. UPS is a total F**** Mess. Hope that is less hassle.

UPS prices factor in weight, how far it's going, how big the box is, and how quickly it needs to arrive. There's no simple per-pound rate, unfortunately.
