The customer service was great and the whole process was fast I got the book I wanted, which was an Indian cook book for some delicious recipes. It's never crowded at this place it's nice and just a lovely book store I love Barnes and Noble

Yes in the language section there is a small selection of books in other languages. They might not have recent titles but I saw a few books like twilight in Spanish.
I would recommend you calling the store you ordered it from or utilizing the online website you ordered it from to track it.
They are open until 9pm.
I believe I've seen author signings there before. I try to limit my visits to 4 or 5 times a year and gather large piles of books then rather than make frequent small purchase trips. Because of this, my knowledge of the frequency author signings is limited.
