You go to their website and bid on stuff. BEWARE, most of their stuff is broken or damaged. They don't take accurate pictures depicting incomplete or damaged goods. They're opening their own retail store so most likely selling the decent merchandise there and auctioning their lower quality stuff here. You used to get great deals on here but not so much anymore.
