This is the absolute worst pharmacy staff I’ve ever seen. They are extremely rude but on top of that they are incompetent. Don’t bother getting a “consultation” for your meds here… google will give you a much more reliable and accurate answer. It sounds like an exaggeration but if you ever choose to use this pharmacy you will see for yourself. Your experience will be asking for your Rx, then they won’t be able to find it, then they found it and said they’d have it ready by 6:30pm, when I got there at close to 7pm they didn’t even start on my Rx, not only was it their fault, not to mention I was very sick and needed to pick it up asap, but they were so rude to the point that they were annoyed at me to even be their customer. On top of that, they found out while doing my Rx that they were out of stock and had to order it for Tuesday (this was on a Friday). They didn’t care at all or that I was up there so long waiting for it to be filled, they pretty much said too bad and that they were closing. This was not even the worst experience I’ve had, they are the closest pharmacy so I said id just deal with it there but this has become such a problem EVERY single time and now I will never go to another Publix pharmacy again, nor should you unless you have unlimited time and don’t mind unfriendly, incompetent people. This ultimately is the managers’ job to hire staff that know what they’re doing, are friendly, and are helpful. Read others posts, this is a trend not an exception. All I can say is NEVER COME TO PUBLIX FOR ANY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR ANY REASON. I usually don’t write reviews so the fact that I am for this should just tell how bad of experiences I’ve had there!

Said my son’s prescription would be ready @2. Show up at 2:30 and they said it’s ready but they can’t give it to me cause the pharmacist is at lunch. Currently 3:15. Waste of time. Pharmacy tech keeps laughing at the end of every sentence. Poor customer service.
